Payment

We make payment easy! Along with accepting all major credit cards, we offer other convenient ways to pay. Just check out your options at checkout!

Delivery

We’ve got you covered with delivery in Fort Wayne and anywhere within a 15-mile radius! Need us to go a bit further? No problem—just ask, and we’ll provide a custom quote. Plus, for extra convenience, we can drop off your order 1-2 days before your event, so everything's ready when you are!

Customer Pick Up

You can pick up most of our rental equipment yourself—totally free! Just check the item descriptions; anything marked "Delivery only" is the exception. If you're coming to pick up, make sure to bring a suitable vehicle for the job.

Please keep in mind, Party Rents isn’t liable for any vehicle damage during loading or unloading.

Rental Period

We make weekend rentals easy—our Friday to Monday deal counts as just a one-day rental! So, if your event is on Saturday, you can pick up or have your items delivered on Friday and return them on Monday. The same goes for weekday rentals: pick up or delivery happens the day before your event, and you bring everything back the next business day. Simple and stress-free!

Changing an Order

Need to tweak your order? No problem! You can make changes up to 14 days before your scheduled delivery or pick-up date.

Rental Drop Off

All rental equipment will be dropped off and picked up from one designated spot at your location. We’ll have your tables and chairs neatly stacked upon arrival, and we kindly ask that they’re re-stacked and ready for pick-up when we come back.
Got stairs, elevators, or tricky terrain at your site? No worries, but keep in mind that extra time and labor may incur additional charges. To ensure smooth service, the more details you can provide ahead of time, the better!

Set Up and Teardown

Want to make things even easier? Add our setup and teardown services to your order before you book, and we’ll handle the heavy lifting for you!

Last-Minute Orders

Give us a call for any orders placed within 24 hours of your event date! We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs, but please note that we can’t guarantee rental availability. Let’s make your event a success!
