  • The best and quickest way to book is through our website.

    To reserve your order, a non-refundable deposit equal to 35% of the order total is required. Once the deposit is paid, your rentals will be set aside for you.

    Once we receive your order, we will review it and contact you to confirm the details via your preferred contact method - typically within 24-48 hours.

    A valid ID is required for all rental orders.

  • We accept all major credit cards and cash.

    Full balance is due 10 days before the date of the event.

    For orders within 10 days of the event date, payment is due in full upon booking.

  • We deliver in Fort Wayne and to the surrounding area within a 15-mile radius. For deliveries beyond our standard service area, a custom quote can be provided.

    Our standard delivery fee is $75 round trip.

  • We consider Friday to Monday a one-day rental. For example, if your event is on Saturday, your rentals would be ready for self-pick up or delivery on Friday and return on Monday.

    For weekday rentals, the same applies. Pick up or delivery occurs the day before and return the following business day.

  • Most of our rental equipment is available for customer pick up, and it's free. The only exceptions are those marked "Delivery only" in their description. We do require the appropriate transport vehicle be used if you will be picking up rentals.

    Party Rents is not liable for any damage to vehicles resulting from loading/unloading rentals.

  • Changes to your order can be made up to 14 days before the date of delivery or pick up.

  • All rental equipment is delivered and picked up from one location at the delivery site. Tables and chairs will be neatly stacked upon delivery and must be re-stacked and ready for pick up before our arrival.

    If we encounter rough terrain, the use of stairs, elevators, or any other obstacle that requires extended time and labor, additional charges will apply.

    We want to provide the best service possible, so the more information you can provide, the better.

  • Set up and teardown services are available and can be added to your order before booking.

  • For orders within 24-hours of the event date, please call. We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute orders but cannot guarantee rental availability.
